Special Thrid-Party Events
Our affiliate is grateful for the opportunities to work with community organizations and individuals who wish to hold a special event fundraiser to benefit the Chicagoland Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

We do require that a "Letter of Agreement" (LOA) is completed which outlines the details of the event. The LOA sometimes grants permission to use the Komen name and logos for your event. We may also be able to include your event in one of our communication channels.

We encourage everyone to please review the Guidelines for fundraising events. These are especially helpful as a planning tool for your event. When you submit the Application Form we can begin the process for completing the
